The United States 101st fighter squadron has been active in skirmishes with both the Eastern Republics and the Middle East for the last 50 years. The Hellcats have distinguished themselves with a kill ratio of 2-1, and are known for their ferocious attacks. During the Lunar Conflict they defeated an Eastern Republic squadron that had a 3-1 advantage. The Hellcats took out all 21 of the Eastern Republic fighters while losing only 3 of its own. Stationed on the ANS Endeavor, the Hellcats are a formidable squadron.
