CS Czar (KK Царь) is a Coalition super carrier in Starlancer.

Known to be under development, this new instrument of destruction for the Coalition is now believed to be the largest known ship in the conflict, even larger than the Pukov. Features are suspected to include an advanced shield system and intelligent flak emitters.
At the moment it is unknown what force is required to defeat this mammoth ship, but it will have to be substantial. Intelligence suggests that it is frequented by many high-ranking Coalition figures.
