110th Pumas is a 
Western Alliance squadron in Starlancer.
Background
The fighting 110th, known as the Pumas, is stationed on the ANS Washington. Led by the enigmatic Jake Tanner, they have distinguished themselves with their excellent performance since the outbreak of the war. Their kill ratio of 3-1 is outstanding, as they have faced overwhelming odds on most of their engagements. The Pumas have four confirmed Aces and several others who are on the verge of earning that status.
The Pumas lost their original carrier at the outset of the war, and were forced to join up with the ANS Yamato. Unfortunately for the Coalition, this allowed the Pumas to help the Ronin defend the Yamato from an ambush by no less than four EC carriers, practically saving the Alliance. The Pumas were later instrumental in aiding the rise of the 45th Tigers, with notable engagements including the elimination of the rogue leader of the Cobras, Col. John McGann.
